Diagnostic Imaging Solutions, Inc. has partnered with several interpreting physicians to provide the highest quality interpretations available. We provide specialty interpretations from a board certified Cardiologist, Vascular Surgeon, OB/GYN, and Radiologist.

Nur Matthews, MD – Medical Director of Echocardiography
Nur Matthews, MD is a physician double board certified in cardiology and internal medicine in private practice in Colorado Springs, CO. After obtaining his M.D. from the Medical College Hospital at Calcutta University in India, he received his residency and fellowship training in New York State and his cardiology fellowship at Maricopa County General Hospital and St. Luke’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Matthews has extensive experience in performing and interpreting echocardiograms.

Bruce Misare, MD – Medical Director of Vascular Ultrasound
Bruce D. Misare, MD is a fellowship trained and board certified vascular and endovascular surgeon in private practice with Southern Colorado Vascular Surgery, PC in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After obtaining his M.D. from the University Of Colorado School Of Medicine, he received his vascular surgery training in Boston at the Deaconess Hospital/Harvard Surgical Service. Dr. Misare is on active vascular and endovascular surgical staff at Penrose-St. Francis Health Services in Colorado Springs and is the Medical Director of the Penrose-St. Francis Wound Clinic. He is fully trained in non-invasive vascular diagnostic testing and interpretation.

Radecal Solutions, LLC – Radiology Interpretation Service
Radecal Solutions, LLC is a teleradiology group based in Colorado Springs, CO. All of their radiologists are board certified in radiology and licensed in Colorado. All of their radiologists have extensive experience in all forms of performing and interpreting ultrasounds.

Patty, Orin – RDMS – Technical Director
Patty Orin has been a registered diagnostic medical sonographer for 21 years. She is the Technical Director for Diagnostic Imaging Solutions, and supervises all ultrasound examinations performed. Ms. Orin worked as a sonographer for 15 years at a major medical center in Kansas before moving to Colorado. In Colorado, she worked for four years at a private hospital in the metro area, then for two years at a large OB/GYN practice. Her professional titles include: Advanced Practice Sonographer, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Registered OB/GYN Sonographer, Registered Vascular Technologist, Registered Breast Sonographer, and Registered Radiologic Technologist. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Resources. Her clinical experience includes extensive use of duplex doppler, color doppler, color doppler power, tissue harmonics, and Siemens siescape.
